ORIN Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their ORIN account and associated data using the in-app settings flow.

How to delete your ORIN account

1. Open the ORIN app.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Choose the account deletion option.

5. Confirm the deletion request.

What is deleted

- Account profile data

- User access to the account

- Associated personal account records, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and operational retention needs

What may be retained temporarily

Certain limited records may be retained for a reasonable period when required for legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security investigation, or financial/payment audit purposes.

Alternative deletion support

If you cannot access the app, email orin2k26@gmail.com from your registered email address and request account deletion. Include enough account details for verification.
